Construction Manager / Work Manager

SIA BALTINDUSTRIAL invites a construction manager to join its team, who is able to take responsibility for organizing work, quality supervision, and team management at various construction sites. We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented specialist who can make decisions and ensure efficient work processes both in Latvia and abroad.

Job responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the construction process at sites
• Supervision, coordination, and consultation of employees on technical issues
• Ensuring compliance with work execution quality, deadlines, and safety requirements
• Planning of materials and resources on sites
• Cooperation with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Problem-solving and explaining technical issues on-site at objects
• Regular report on work progress and accomplishments

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in construction project management or a similar position (preferably at least 2–3 years)
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and technologies
• Ability to read construction plans and technical documentation
• Leadership skills, the ability to motivate and manage employees
• Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to make decisions
• Category B driver's license (mandatory)
